All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Car parking - Dedicated secure garaging is provided for 2 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.
Children - This apartment is not ideal for young children due to the fragility of furnishings and presence of stairs.
Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.
Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.
Stairs - Stairs connect the bedroom/bathroom level above with the main entry, living, kitchen & dining level.
Check in & Check out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm (as specified in listing & arrival details) or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Great apartment overlooking the ocean and port with yachts moored. Beautiful views. Apartment spacious and lovely interiors. Great restaurant ‘The Styx’ directly across the road as well as a yummy Fish and Chip shop Haven. Rob was a very responsive and friendly host, met us at check in and when through that process and house amenities. Would recommend this apartment

This apartment was super to stay at, handy location, comfortable and modern. Great to have off street parking. For the price we paid, you'd expect there to be no issues. Unfortunately being so close to the port makes it very noisey throughout the night, something we hadn't considered, so perhaps some earplugs should be provided to each visitor. Secondly, the bedrooms need block out blinds rather than sunshade blinds, as it's very light in the bedrooms with the ships lights/street lights beaming bright all night long. Other than that, nice apartment!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was very comfortable & spacious which was great as we were traveling with my 85 year old mother. The only negative all 3 of us thought was the bedroom blinds were such a light colour that the rooms very flooded with bright lights all night long which made sleeping hard, perhaps a blackout blind would be a good idea. Otherwise a great stay.

From the moment we contacted them with possibility of delay due to cancelled ferry crossing, the communication and support was top notch. Our host met us to explain all the entry and parking. Superb explanation of the entire apartment and appliances. Could not have asked for better equipped kitchen and apartment. Everything was A1 positve experience including all the restaurant recommendations. Would not hesitate to rent agian. Thank you.

This place is BEAUTIFUL, we couldn’t be happier (and wish we stayed longer!) My partner and I were traveling NZ on our Honeymoon and this was the perfect 5 star coastal stay. Just a couple hours drive from Picton (ferry terminal) and the town had everything we needed. We were able to park our hire car on the secure on site park, and then walk into town for food, shopping, and attractions. So many beautiful National parks and wildlife spots around too with just a little drive! The accommodation is decorated beautifully and the water view balcony was the perfect place for a morning coffee. Kitchen is large and we were able to cook together easily, and the bathrooms were modern. Plus the tech on site was great! Fast wifi and smart TV, as well as electronic blinds in every room. Such a beautiful accommodation, thanks for having us! Check in was smooth and easy, it was great having someone greet us to show us around and help with our bags. Your amenities were great - especially having an easy to use tv and great wifi. Views were stunning and honestly the place was even better than we expected. I had some trouble checking out but was able to call and have help straight away - thank you!

This was a gorgeous air bnb to spend a couple nights at exploring the Abel Tasman and Nelson! I was blown away at the place, so much better than expected. It was very clean and modern with lots of little luxuries all around. I usually like more privacy than an apartment, but with it being two floors and soundproof I felt like it was better than some homes we’ve stayed in! I really could’ve spent much longer here and wish I had more time. The only thing I’ll note is it is run by a rental company and they do send quite a few emails out before your say, most of the communication is done outside of Airbnb. I did not realize that when I booked and usually like to do all of my communications through the app not externally. The check in process is also quite lengthy, including a lot of explanation for the parking and the apartment amenities which was helpful but not typical of other air bnbs. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Gorgeous views, great location, comfortable and lovely. The apartment was very comfortable, though we spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the view. Jarrod had suggested restaurants within walking distance, which we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and updated nicely. The kitchen was lovely and seemed well-equipped though we did not really cook. I would highly recommend this lovely home to others.
