Haulashore Views is a sun-blessed holiday home situated above Nelson's spectacular waterfront. It enjoys wonderful convenience to the waterfront cafe-restaurants, Tahunanui Beach & the Nelson city centre.
This modern, yet minimalist holiday home offers seamless indoor-outdoor flow, with many places to relax in sun or shade and watch the changing sea, sky and boats passing by. With expansive views over Tasman Bay, the scene is truly set for you to enjoy Nelson's breathtaking vistas & magical sunsets!
There is unlimited ultra-fast fibre-broadband WiFi, Netflix, a gas BBQ & you'll find the kitchen well-equipped for preparing sumptuous meals!
Haulashore Views is great for couples, small families or groups of friends. It's ideal for up to 4 guests with capacity for up to 6. The location is exceptionally quiet, but perfectly located for easy access to all that is great about Nelson!

Sleep-out - The sleep-out is situated just behind the main house & also enjoys views over the bay & garden.

Haulashore Views will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind... because nothing less will do.
All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Great place to stay in Nelson. Stunning views, with a very spacious deck and outdoor area, amongst the beautiful gardens. The house itself is very comfortable and spacious with great amenities and everything you need. Close to town and local restaurants. Host was very helpful with clear instructions and easy check in. Dear all, We had a perfect stay inHaulavista . It is such a pearl you have to find. Super equipment , everything was there. Breathtaking view! It was not easy to leave. IIf it would not be so gar away from our home in Germany we would book it every year. But… there is a good chance that we will come back since our son is living in AUS and it is just a short hop to Nelson. Haulavista was one of the best experiences we had so far in N Z.

This property can be a little tricky to get to, especially at night if you're unfamiliar with the neighborhood. So read the arrival instructions carefully before arriving. But once you're there it's 100% worth it. Both of the bedrooms in the main house had spectacular views of the shore. The place was well kept and tidy with all the amenities you could need. It's a short drive to downtown Nelson and about 1-2hr drive to the National parks surrounding the area. Would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten zwei perfekte Tage und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die tolle Lage, Nähe zu Nelson, Ruhe, Aussicht und Umgebung sind für uns das nächste Mal sicher ein längerer Aufenthalt wert. Das Haus ist sehr stimmig eingerichtet und hat einen tollen gepflegten Garten, den wir nicht erwartet hatten. Grosses Lob an die durchdachtet Einrichtung und Oragnisation. (We had two perfect days and really enjoyed the time. The great location, proximity to Nelson, tranquility, view and surroundings are definitely worth a longer stay for us next time. The house is very harmoniously furnished and has a great well-kept garden, which we did not expect. Kudos to the well thought out facility and organization.)

The views from the property are spectacular, plenty of ocean views and beautiful sunsets. A clean, spacious property and for winter visitors it was heated very quickly. Plenty of clean towels and bathroom space available. I stayed there with my son and my brothers family for a family funeral so it was large enough to accommodate the different ages etc. Kitchen well set up with everything you need for a short stay. we extended our stay by one night and the hosts were very accommodating to us.

Hi Guys We have a great time in Nelson. The only comment we have is the ability to lock the sleepout room from the inside. Not sure if it was the way we were trying but we were unable to lock it at night from inside. Other than that the house was great, lovely and clean and well stocked. Completely suited our requirements. Thanks for the great communication throughout the booking, will certainly look to rebook when we are back down that way. Kind regards Jan

Perfect cosy winter get-away Really warm, dry and cosy location. Very well stocked with bed linen, towels, basic pantry supplies (tea/coffee/sugar) which were really appreciated. The heat pump upstairs and downstairs meant the house was quickly warmed up. The house was really clean and well maintained. The views from the bedroom windows and the living room/deck were also spectacular - was hard to leave!

We had an awesome stay at this property. A lovely relaxed holiday vibe and the most stunning views. Gorgeous in summer and winter - super toasty and warm on a cold winter's day with sunshine and spectacular sunsets. The ever-changing view is mesmerising regardless of the weather. We loved the easy access to the waterfront for cafes and coffee and walking into town was an easy wander down the hill. The property was quiet and we slept with the doors open onto the top deck in summer on starry nights. Being able to stay with our dog Pip was the icing on the cake - thanks again! Anna

Brilliant little spot overlooking the ocean. Very well appointed, clean and tidy and only a short drive to town. We hope to stay again! The listing doesn’t do this house justice! It’s a brilliant wee spot. And very well appointed. Our small dog could easily slip through the gates on the deck though, was the only down side. But we are just thankful she was welcome at all. Beautiful home set high on the hillside! We had a great time overlooking Port Nelson area and seeing the ships come in and out, as well as watching the yachts. The home house is modern and bright, great layout and lots of windows to take in the views! Loved the covered deck of the front! Garden area was also very lovely.

The view from this house is AMAZING! The location is great, and it has all of the kitchen amenities you could need (so nice to have a ton of glasses and dishes so you aren’t constantly washing them). We loved the extra sleeping building with two twin beds - this saved our sanity when the two guys in our party came down with colds and were snoring loudly at night. Highly recommend this house if you are staying in Napier area! Thanks for sharing your house with us - we absolutely loved it!
