The apartment is comfortable, affordable & well-equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, full kitchen, separate laundry, TV with Chromecast, ultra-fast WiFi & everything else you'll need to enjoy your time here or recuperate after an exciting day out & about Nelson or the wider region.

Kimberley Two will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Kimberley Two is one of three separate apartments in the Kimberley House complex on Nelson's waterfront.
One off-street carpark is provided with this apartment. We may be able to arrange additional off-street parking by request.
Bicycle parking - we're happy to make the garage available to guests with bicycles, kayaks etc. This is located on the lower level of the building and is used as a shared storage area for all 3 apartments. Please bring your own lock.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm (as specified in listing & arrival details) or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Overall it was a comfortable stay. Would stay again. Was very good having 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and reasonable for the overall price. Nice to have extra bits and pieces in the apartment (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil etc ...), plenty of usable dishes and implements and having all the other usual facilities was good (washing machine, stove, etc ... ). Beds were very good and comfortable.

Cozy and comfortable The apartment was well located and easy to get everywhere. The central heating kept us warm on cold nights and mornings. It's north facing so the apartment was lovely and warm until nightfall and the views are great! Thanks so much for everything!
