Kimberley Two is just a stone's throw from Nelson's spectacular waterfront with fantastic convenience to many of Nelson's best restaurant-cafes, waterfront venues, sun-bathing, swimming & fishing spots!

This apartment looks out to mature trees & gardens, with brief glimpses of sea-blue visible through the foliage. The apartment is comfortable, affordable & well-equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, full kitchen, separate laundry, Smart TV with Chromecast, ultra-fast WiFi & everything else you'll need to enjoy your time here or recuperate after an exciting day out & about Nelson or the wider region.

The city centre, the river, markets, galleries and more are just a few minutes drive or an easy half-hour walk. Tahunanui Beach & Tahuna Village & Craft pubs are similarly close by!

Kimberley Two is ideal for solo travellers, corporate stays, couples seeking a special getaway, friends or families looking for 2 bedrooms. You may also like to consider the adjacent Kimberley One with 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom or the penthouse-level Kimberley Three with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.

Inclusions

Kimberley Two will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Kimberley Two is one of three separate apartments in the Kimberley House complex on Nelson's waterfront.

One off-street carpark is provided with this apartment. We may be able to arrange additional off-street parking by request.

Bicycle parking - we're happy to make the garage available to guests with bicycles, kayaks etc. This is located on the lower level of the building and is used as a shared storage area for all 3 apartments. Please bring your own lock.


Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm (as specified in listing & arrival details) or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

  • Overall it was a comfortable stay. Would stay again. Was very good having 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and reasonable for the overall price. Nice to have extra bits and pieces in the apartment (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil etc ...), plenty of usable dishes and implements and having all the other usual facilities was good (washing machine, stove, etc ... ). Beds were very good and comfortable.
