The apartment offers direct views over mature trees to Nelson's beautiful sea-blue harbour entrance, Tasman Bay & the stunning mountains beyond! It's an ever-changing kaleidoscope of ships, yachts, fishing vessels, kayaks, birds, schools of fish, the odd orca or dolphin pod & the most amazing of sunsets!
This sunny apartment is light-filled, spacious, comfortable & well-equipped with a full kitchen, laundry, SmartTV & all you'll need to enjoy your time here or recuperate after an exciting day out & about Nelson or the wider region.
The city centre, the river, markets, galleries and more are just a few minutes drive or an easy half-hour walk. Tahunanui Beach & Tahuna village with its popular eateries & craft pubs are similarly close by!
Kimberley House - Apartment 3 is ideal for solo travellers, corporate stays, couples, families or friends seeking a special accommodation.
Larger groups may also like to consider adding Apartment 2 with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and/or Apartment 1 with 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. These apartments are located on the level immediately below Apartment 3 with separate access & parking for each.

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm (as specified in listing & arrival details) or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Kimberley House is comprised of 3 apartments situated on a quiet street just above Nelson’s spectacular waterfront! It is with great pleasure that we offer Apartments 1, 2 & 3 for your Nelson getaway. These apartments were managed by the much accomplished James of AquaVista for many years and we at Holiday Nelson are pleased & privileged to pay homage to that legacy by continuing to offer these great accommodations in combination with our heavy helpings of local hospitality!
