All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

'Harbour View - Three' is comprised of the upper level apartment 'Harbour View - Two' & our lower floor apartment 'Harbour View - One' & gives you exclusive use of the property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living, kitchen & dining areas.
Access - Please note that access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway.
Car parking - There are two car parks available with this apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent.
Stairs - as the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking.
Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, these apartments are deemed unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12.
Check in & Check out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
