You'll love your grand-stand view over all the action of the harbour – ships, fishing vessels, yachts, waka, tugs & so on, as they come & go from the Southern Hemisphere’s largest seafood port!

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Wonderful house with heaps of space and a spa We started here with extended family and had heaps of space. Amazing view from the balcony over Nelson harbour. Great kitchen, BBQ and lovely wide deck to sit outside on a summer evening. It's a steep walk up from central Nelson but worth it when you get to the top! We used the spa pool a lot and appreciated the regular services. The house is newly renovated, light, airy and well maintained, would recommend as a great place to stay.

Gorgeous views and well stocked kitchen. House in great condition. Driveway is quite steep and requires skill to back in on steep, narrow lane. Close to beach, airport and all the things Nelson has to offer.

This is a lovely home with an amazing view. Our group loved relaxing here for our stop in Nelson. Be aware that it’s walk-able into town, but the home sits on top of a substantial hill, so be prepared to work on the walk home

Lovely home and very roomy but the standout feature was the amazing view. Had all the kitchen items that were needed for a larger group, eg glassware, cutlery, crockery etc. Only negative was the water ran cold after about 5 showers so last 3 of the group of 8 had cold showers, and spa could have been set a little warmer for the winter months. Great central location (although at the top of a steep hill) close to town. Best of all the views are amazing and there is always something happening on the water below the house to watch. Ours was a family group of different age groups. We absolutely loved this house, the view from the balcony & lounge rooms were spectacular. The spaces in this home were extremely generous & warm - we loved it, very hard to leave actually. One thing we particularly liked was the abundance of linen & towels, kitchen amenities & glassware. This makes such a difference when staying for a few days & we were extremely grateful for all of these things.

Loved this property & would recommend to others. Only 5 of our party of 7 actually travelled in the end, if you noticed some beds or linen unused. Great amenities. Plenty of kitchen bits n bobs to allow for ease of catering. Great location. Front door key was hard to get out of the keypad lock, so you need two free hands to get at it. A perfect location for a perfect holiday. We loved watching the boats come and go, the sunsets were incredible, the home is private, and still so close to everything- especially the Tahuna beach and town centre. Absolutely breathtaking views! Made us all want to move to Nelson. The house is well mantained. The only thing is that if you have a group of adults, you will have to decide who takes the bunk beds! Unfortunately we didn't use the spa as it took ages to heat up and had a lot of sand/floaters despite pool cover. would definitely stay again!

Very clean, well appointed, beautiful views over the harbour. Bit of a walk into town so probably need a car if staying there but plenty of off street parking so no issue having a car. Spa didn't seem to be working on 2nd day ( may have been user error ) but was rapidly dealt with and back in use by the end of the day. Would stay there again Great stay thanks,

An absolutely beautiful home with some of the most stunning sunset views I have seen in a while! We were 3 x couples up for the Summer Challenge adventure race. It is super central but you feel a million miles away watching the sunset. Highly recommend it.

This extra-clean house is so well equipped for a comfortable stay that it is hard to describe. The wrap around view deck is simply amazing. The huge living space is extremely livable and comfortable. The kitchen is user friendly and so well equipped. GREAT Vacation stay!! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful space. We know it is also enjoyed by family and the love in it shows. Beautiful home! It appeared that the home had been recently renovated and was very clean. It was our first time to Nelson (and NZ) and this home and location made it a great experience. We really enjoyed the views from the upper deck, watching the comings and goings in the harbor AND the beautiful sunsets. Would highly recommend this home!

This house is gorgeous - inside it has the most amazing view of where the ships come into port and then the sea and hills beyond. It has to be one of the best views from an AirBnb I've ever had. Morena We really enjoyed every minute of our stay at Sunseeker - the house has been superbly modernised and is extremely comfortable and clean. We found the location handy to the city centre and supermarkets (by car). The extensive views over the cut are brilliant - constantly changing with ships and boats coming and going – and the sunsets! We hope to return some time in the future.

Paradise in Nelson Aotearoa.Took the family for my 50th birthday. Absolutely catered to the needs of six adults and one baby. Spacious and loved the way we could just pick up the key and settle in and feel at home and then just leave at the end. Totally stunning views of ocean, bush and snow capped peaks. Close to town for markets and eating out. Lovely choice of near by restaurants. Drove to Mapua and kayaked from Motueka. Would highly recommend and hope to return :)
