Beautiful views, spacious house. The upstairs alcove was really adorable! Plenty of room for our group of 5 and a lovely place to hang out and stare at the amazing sea! Wish we could have spent more time there!

Hello, It’s been a few weeks since we left Nelson but I did (finally) want to reply to let you know how pleased we were with the BeachViews rental. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and I honestly can’t think of anything I would change in terms of the rental. Hi all - Thanks so much for having us in Nelson. We loved the house so much and wished we could have stayed longer! I think the only feedback that I have would be related to the stereo - I didn't find a way to stream music to it from my phone, and having that would have been a nice-to-have. Spent a long weekend there. Decided to have a me weekend to recharge the batteries for the lead up to Christmas. Was a fantastic place to be. I felt safe and secure. Views are spectacular and the house is warm and spacious. Highly recommend this home. Absolutely loved it.

Highly recommend this house. It was perfect for our grown family of 6. Very spacious, clean and tidy with excellent facilities. When booking I thought the photos may have enhanced the house a bit but it was better than the photos. Incredible view, really handy location and great coffee machine! Excellent communication via email with the hosts. Would definitely stay there again. Just one thing - the kitchen tap handle kept coming off, it was like that when we arrived so you may want to get it fixed.

We received correspondence from Jarrod prior to arrival providing us with all the information that we needed for our stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting him during our stay. We had a slight problem hooking up to the WiFi which Jarrod was straight onto. He couldn’t have been more accommodating, he was an excellent host, thank you. Beach Views was perfect in every way and we have enjoyed a very memorable holiday. The property was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The location and views are stunning and we spent hours on the balcony enjoying the barbecue and the views across the bay. It’s positioned in a lovely quiet residential area and in striking distance of so many beautiful parts of the South Island. We couldn’t have wished for more

We loved staying here. Such a wonderful view from every room and the layout was very open and comfortable. Our adult family of 5 had plenty of space, and the kitchen/laundry/bathrooms had everything we needed. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest restaurants (and Nelson has great restaurants) but the views and scenery on the walk make it seem shorter. So relaxing watching the sun set over the bay - this is an awesome property and I intend going back!

We had a very enjoyable few days at Nelson and loved the house - we wished we weren't leaving. The photos don't do it justice. We loved all the windows and the privacy of the views. I'd just like to mention the cold tap in the laundry seems to be dripping a bit even when turned off tightly - might need a new washer to save on water bills! Thanks again, Jane

Thank you for your email. Our stay in the lovely home at 53 The Cliffs was most enjoyable. The house was absolutely beautiful, the kitchen comprehensive, the two lower bedrooms were comfortable and enjoyed having our own bathrooms which were also fabulous. The third bedroom would not have been a possibility for anyone but quite young people, as the stairs to the bedroom were awkward in shape and difficult to climb. We were happy we were only two couples. The third bedroom was also on a mezzanine and open to the kitchen below. Of this we were not aware. The kitchen had a few problems, the sink missing a plug, the top element in the oven dropped and dangerous and one of the stove elements were not working. I found your response to these problems quick but you were unable to fix the stove and oven while we were there which was understandable. We did pay a substantial price for the house and I would have thought that these problems would have been picked up by the cleaner or maintenance before our arrival. The views are sensational and despite minor inconveniences we were very happy. I am grateful that you did respond to those problems and should we come again will certainly look again at your site. Hi Suzanne, Thanks again for staying and for taking the time to provide your feedback. ?In our listings, we describe the 3rd bedroom as a mezzanine or loft bedroom accessed by steep nautical style stair, but I will double check that we've made this sufficiently clear on every listing. Following your stay, I personally attended to the issues raised - we very much appreciated you raising these. I replaced the plug, refixed the element (this had simply been knocked or dropped from its seat/holder?) and found the stove burners all working fine, despite your finding and confirmation of the issue by Rob! It's likely that there was some tiny food debris or such that had obstructed the gas flow, preventing the flame and activating the safety cut-off. We will the burner at turnovers in case of recurrence. Please accept our sincere apologies that these issues were not detected and remedied prior to your stay. We're greatly relieved that you still enjoyed your time here and that you would use our services again! Hey - WOW...is my reply. we LOVED the Nelson home. My kids didn't want to leave. We stayed in 4 different bachs during a 2 week tour of the South Island..and this home was BY FAR the best. Great location, amazing layout, a deck to die for....it was fantastic in every manner possible...Only regret was not staying in Nelson 2-3 more days!!!!!!

This holiday home in Nelson did NOT disappoint. The owners sent easy-to-follow access instructions and information binder in the home. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. Highly recommend. BEAUTIFUL views, day and night. Everything you could need is within a 10 minute drive. Perfect location.

This is a gorgeous home in a very upscale neighborhood overlooking the bay. Property is far nicer than my own residence, but what a treat for my family…if you are going to visit this part of NZ, don't be afraid to spend a bit extra,and not less than 3 days; you may never see this beautiful country again! Though I already plan to return. The location is somewhat tricky, but the proximity to Abel Tasman (Kaiteriteri Kayaks) the "great wine trail" and some fantastic restaurants (Boat Shed, Ford"s) ,not to mention the spectacular views and elegant facilities, made our visit most memorable. Truly a highlight of our 3 week visit !

“We love this place! This was our second stay here and we are likely to come again. The view of the ocean is spectacular, and the house is a short drive to downtown Nelson and to Tahunanui. Hi Jarrod and Peta-Jane, We absolutely loved Beach Views house in Nelson. Location was great – so quiet, awesome views. The house was fantastic – very clean which always make you feel comfortable straight away and all the little things that make a holiday easier – Wifi, soap, cling wrap, dishwashing liquid, cloths etc etc. We really felt at home. Booking was simple and straight forward and it was so easy turning up and getting the key.

The home was even better than described. The views were amazing; the home very nice. The hosts stayed in touch with us by text message. They gave good directions to find the home (we were thankful since the streets in the neighborhood were confusing for a newcomer). Hosts were very accommodating.

The BeachView property was super! We had a wonderful vacation. However, we did notice that the upward-lifting door to the cupboard with the microwave in it did not stay open, making it a little tricky to use the microwave. Also, some of the kitchen items (cooking utensils, cutting boards, etc.) were not completely clean. Cutting boards had some minor food residue left on them, some of the cooking utensils felt a bit sticky and needed a good scrubbing (although, at first glance they seemed clean). This did not bother us, but we thought you might want to know for future guests. Otherwise our stay was perfect. We loved the cupboard full of board games, toys and puzzles, as well as the upstairs loft. We are hoping to stay at the BeachView property again, next time we visit Nelson. E Tepper.
