Nestled on Nelsons prestigious Princes Drive with sparkling sea & panoramic city views, this brand new, light-filled & architecturally inspired home offers every modern convenience.
Wonderfully cosy & tastefully furnished with excellent amenities, this home lends itself to relaxation & unwinding.
Enjoy open plan living with the fantastic flow to the top-deck BBQ & entertaining area or head down the steps to the private garden area below.

The place was located very conveniently, it was a great location to go in and out of the township and nearby to Tahunanui Beach. The living area was comfortable and spacious for a group of 5 adults. The kitchen area and ammenities were great and in good clean condition. I’d like to note the kitchen was stocked with some pantry staples which we appreciated as we liked to cook. The beds were super comfy and the linen felt nice. Everything was well kept and the home felt very cozy. Overall it was clean and tidy. We would definitely rebook a stay here again

Tipi Haere was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. The house itself is located on a hill with incredible views of the mountains and ocean. You can easily walk down to the water and the town, but the hike back up is steep (those views come with a price, ha). The interior of the house was immaculate, modern, with all the amenities that you could need. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and friendly, providing all the information and tips that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Tipi Haere! Thank you very much for being incredible hosts - we absolutely loved your house, as well as the Nelson area!

We really enjoyed staying in this part of Nelson and at this property. The house was very light and tidy with simple but very tasteful decor. Close to central city but also Tahunanui Beach and all the outer attractions. The road can be busy and noisy at times but isn't too noticeable when windows and doors are shut. House does heat up during the day so keeping blinds down all day is essential but Air-Con is really good to compensate for this. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent ammenities, convenient location with great views from the house and close by, walking distance to beach, nice additions like board games, books and Vodafone TV making it easy to relax at the accommodation, warm, clean and highly recommend staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house. The extra ammenities in the kitchen meant we were able to make a lot of our meals at home too. The books and Vodafone TV made it really homely and we were able to relax at the accommodation without needing to go out and find entertainment. Saw the board games too but didn’t get around to playing any. Excellent location too, thank you.

Loved staying here - very light and airy, clean and the space is extremely well-organised. Particularly appreciated the inclusion of basic household items so we didn't have to scrabble around for washing up liquid etc.on arrival. The busy road is a bit of a down side, as people accelerate up the hill just past the house and it seems like there is only one way out along that ridge so traffic is queuing right outside in the morning. But it is minor. The oven and hob also annoying, as others have commented. If you are not familiar with induction hobs, it takes ages to work it out when one is tired after a long journey. How about a quick start guide for using the hob pinned to the fridge? That would be so helpful. But overall would most definitely stay there again, amazing views over Washington Valley.

Hi we had a great time in Nelson, the house is very comfortable and has great views. We enjoyed watching the yachts coming and going from the deck and also the view over the city. The beds are all very comfortable with good showers also. Once we got the hang of working the Vodafone TV unit there were alot of things to watch for the evenings. Having rented dozens of homes through VRBO, this was the cleanest by miles. The views from front and back are stunning. The beds and furniture are comfortable and modern. Appliances are new and not beat up and junky like a lot of rentals. The street can get busy and parking can feel tight when cars are racing up the road but that seemed to be for only a short time each day. The kitchen could use a few more dishes. Would be a good idea to have an extra key for guests who might be doing separate activities or in situations of needed home repair. Those are our only complaints so....overall, great.

We have found some vacation homes to be so cluttered with personal items that it makes it harder to feel at home. Not here. We settled in beautifully and would love to stay there again!

Great location & stunning views A fantastic spot, perfect for the beach and town. The house is immaculate and everything you need is available. The road can be quite busy at times because it's a short cut between town and Tahunanui, but this shouldn't be a deterrent. Thanks again!

Would definitely recommend the accommodation - exceptionally clean and well appointed. Very hilly though so taxi/car advisable.the view of the town and mountains was better than expected.

Hi there The house is lovely, clean and well put together. The beds are super comfortable. Little items such as shower gel are much appreciated. One suggestion in the future would be having bikes at the house given the cycle trail in Nelson is so great. Thanks again Gracie

This home is exactly like the pictures, very beautiful, clean and well put together. Beds are extremely comfortable. The host pays attention to small details such as leaving shower gel for guests. I highly recommend

This was the nicest air bnb we have ever had. It was clean and beautifully appointed with new and modern furnishings and amenities, and the location and views could not be better. Sitting on the deck and in the living space we could see the hills behind and the water out front - and it was really easy to pop into town for the market or dinner. We made treks to Blenheim and the wine region, and up to Kaiteriteri and Abel Tasman- and found this the perfect centerpoint. Would highly recommend. Absolutely the best air bnb we have ever experienced in the family travel history ! Amazing place to stay in Nelson. Beautiful views both into town and out across the water. Great space to relax in, and lots of surprising little touches (like the espresso machine) that added up to a great stay. Definitely recommend. Thanks so much for the stay. Our plane was delayed so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the complimentary early check-in, but the gesture was much appreciated. The house itself was great, and there were lots of great touches - nice speaker, serving platters, espresso machine etc.

Kia ora Robert, Sara and Jarrod. Thank you so much for your home for the 2 days we had in Nelson. We have had a few of our whanau move down to Nelson in the last few years and really wanted to catch up with them and meet a new addition to the whanau, my sisters 1st grandchild. it was also a birthday present for me. I turned 50 in April so my cousin shouted me a ticket to Nelson. We really enjoyed our stay. I love the house and I am also thinking that the design is perfect for me and my hubby. We are looking at building on our family block. The home is perfect for 2 of us as our kids are all grown up and moved away. its the ideal size. I really liked how it is compact but still good space for everything. We struggled a little to get the oven going and to keep the element hot while we cooked our porridge. I looked for a manual but didnt find one. I tried to find the manual on google but that wasnt much help. We did aright in the end :-) The location of the home was perfect!. the views of the Tasman is wonderful. It is close to the beach and restaurants. My niece works in The Sands restaurant and part time at the ocean lodge bar so we had dinner with her. We would certainly consider booking with you again in the future and recommend your home to other whanau too. Regards

A lovely house with stunning views into the valley (main view) and across the bay (through the lounge window). Perfectly designed, new and clean property. Must have a car as the location is at the top of a ridge, but worth it for the views. Some road noise as it's a frequently used suburban route, but that also makes it an easy 3min drive down the hill to town.

This place was exactly what we were looking for when visiting the north of the South Island. The space was modern and clean. Everything worked great and there were excellent amenities like a grill and a full kitchen that we were able to prepare a fantastic dinner in. The location was great for our trips to Marlborough wineries, Abel Tasman National Park and sunny Nelson. We went to Pic’s Peanut Butter for a tour just 10 minutes away. There is a terrific grocery store close by and taxi services in town. I sincerely hope we get back to Nelson and if we do, I would definitely stay here again. Highest recommendation!

Fabulous house with some of the most amazing views you will find in Nelson. Water views from the lounge and views right out across Nelson township from the bedrooms. House is super-modern, immaculately presented, very warm and has plenty of storage space which is great if you like to unpack a bit. Safe off-street parking and supermarket etc. just down the road. Would definitely recommend - and would stay here again if we return to Nelson.

Perfect holiday home to make the most of a Nelson stay! This is a newly built house with all new furniture chosen with taste and attention to details in all elements of the design. The beds are super comfortable, the sunny deck is great to enjoy a cup of tea whilst looking at the boats passing through the harbour cut, and the living and kitchen space is perfect for cozy dinners at night. We walked to town for shopping and to the waterfront for dinner and it was a perfect 20ish minute walk each way.
