Kimberley One gives you front row seats to Nelson's waterfront 'show' with fantastic convenience to many of Nelson's best restaurant-cafes, waterfront venues, sun-bathing, swimming & fishing spots!
The apartment offers direct views over mature trees to Nelson's beautiful sea-blue harbour entrance - an ever-changing delight to watch with shipping, yachts, fishing vessels, kayaks, birds, schools of fish & even the odd orca or dolphin pod passing through!
The apartment is comfortable, affordable & well-equipped with a full kitchen with laundry, TV with Chromecast, ultra-fast WiFi & everything else you'll need to enjoy your time here or recuperate after an exciting day out & about Nelson or the wider region.
The city centre, the river, markets, galleries and more are just a few minutes drive or an easy half-hour walk. Tahunanui Beach & Tahuna Village & Craft pubs are similarly close by!
Kimberley One is ideal for solo travellers, corporate stays or couples seeking a special getaway.
You may also like to consider the adjacent Kimberley Two with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms or the penthouse level Kimberley Three with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Each apartment has separate access & parking for each.

The bedroom offers quality King Bed, large sliding doors opening to the glass framed balustrade & taking in views over trees to the harbour entrance & ocean beyond.
The double sofa bed in the living area is suitable for 1 adult, or 2 smaller adults or children; Available by early request only.
The bathroom offers Shower over corner Bath, Toilet & Vanity.
Kimberley One will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 1.25 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Kimberley One is one of three separate apartments in the Kimberley House complex on Nelson's waterfront.
One off-street carpark is provided with this apartment. We may be able to arrange additional off-street parking by request.
Bicycle parking - we're happy to make the garage available to guests with bicycles, kayaks etc. This is located on the lower level of the building and is used as a shared storage area for all 3 apartments. Please bring your own lock.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm (as specified in listing & arrival details) or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Thank you for a great website, a great stay and great communication. Really appreciate having all the instructions correct, lower service fees and not having to clean the house when I have already paid a cleaning fee (bachcare……ggggrrrrr) I also like the personal touch where you ask a bit about ourselves, so the owners know who is staying, i think this is wonderful.

Tucked back from the busy main road but close to city and beach with sheltered deck and great views- this was a perfect getaway spot. Well equipped for self catering complete with BBQ, and walking distance from great dining out. Facilities generally clean - a big black mark however being finding a full bin of rubbish in kitchen and a bag of food scraps left in the walk in wardrobe?! Fortunately there were no other glitches and we had a great holiday. Staff were very helpful and we would happily come here again.

Loved our stay.....the views are awesome,lounge area very good and bed super comfy. The supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away. The kitchen facilities are very good and it was easy for us to make breakfast. We enjoyed sitting at the table eating with the lovely views in front of us. ...or out on the covered deck area.

Really enjoyed the appartments. Location and price are its draw cards. Thankyou for reinstalling the outdoor chairs and table. Essential for our full enjoyment of the place.
