All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

'Harbour View - Two' occupies the top floor of this address. This apartment can be booked together with the lower level 'Harbour View - One' via our 'Harbour View - Three' listing, giving you exclusive use of the property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living, kitchen & dining areas.
Access - Please note that access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway.
Car parking - There is just one car park available with this apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent.
Stairs - as the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking.
Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, this apartment is deemed unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12.
Garage storage - We're happy to make the garage available for storage by early request.
Check in & Check out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

This is the most beautiful home. The views are incredible, with the sun setting right over the water and mountains. It was an absolute joy to stay here, and the house itself is clean and updated. I can’t recommend it enough. This has been our favorite stay in New Zealand! We spent hours reading outside or on the chairs facing the water. We’ve even talked about coming back from Los Angeles next year just to have a week to reset and relax. Thank you for your hospitality.

As others have mentioned, it IS a very steep drive up with tight turns, but don’t let this put you off, as what awaits you at the end is totally worth it. The house and view are exceptional.

This really is a magic place. The only thing I would mention is it has an extremely steep street and driveway, and a couple of flights of stairs. So as long as you are fine with that, this place is magic.

Amazing views and spotless apartment. Was very quiet and peaceful and private. Would highly recommend bug spray if wanting to dine outside. Bed was small and slightly uncomfortable however this was a minor negative highly outweighed by the stunning view, cleanliness and spacious apartment. Would definitely stay again

This Airbnb was beautifully decorated and furnished. The view is incredible with large windows and comfy seats to enjoy it. There was one A/C unit and we used the fans to get air to the bedrooms. The driveway was very steep but manageable. We drove into town for coffee and food, because it wasn’t a walkable location.

Beautiful house and absolutely mesmerizing view. Sitting on the deck of this house with a glass of wine in the evening, while taking in the view is priceless. Great experience. Only thing we had to get used to was the very steep driveway. But that got better with practice :-)

The views from this condo are truly unmatched! Everything was clean and my husband and I had no complaints. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. One piece of information I would give to someone looking to rent is that most restaurants and bars in this area are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We watched the sunset on the deck with a bottle of wine but if you’re looking for a night out I would recommend other days of the week! Overall a great experience. We have made the decision to only provide body wash in our Holiday homes mostly for sustainability reasons. Most of our guests only stay 2-3 nights and providing shampoo & conditioner generates a lot of waste + plastic containers. We might reconsider this if we can find an eco-friendly solution that would still come at a reasonable cost for our homeowners and clients. Accommodation is exactly like the gallery on the listing, great views, very spacious, clean and comfortable home right on the waterfront. Close to restaurants and we took a stroll to town which was approximately 2km away, there is lots to discover on foot. Great communication and a hassle free check in, our early check in request was easily accommodated . There are two flights of steps to climb to enter the house, something to be mindful of if you have someone elderly in your booking. We can't wait to come back and stay and have recommended to our friends who may be coming to Nelson. Thank you for the great stay. Really appreciated our stay, everything was on point, the pictures matched the accommodation. Probably the only thing was the driveway but that was minor. Thank you

This accommodation enjoys an amazing location looking out over the waters of Tasman Bay to the mountains and as a result also to amazing sunsets. All seen from the large deck with comfortable furniture, shady umbrella and easy to use BBQ. Inside the property is well appointed and spacious. The Living room again has this amazing outlook, comfortable seating and good TV technology to log into your own channels. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Bedrooms are comfortable and we certainly had no problem sleeping after lots of fresh air and sunshine in the beautiful city of Nelson and surrounding national parks. I'd note the driveway is a bit daunting when you first see it but in reality easy to use.... and with the driveway you wouldn't get to view! We'd certainly look to stay here again

Great location and great views - sad to leave Great location with fantastic views. You can sit and watch while working, eating, drinking or unwinding. A quick $10 taxi trip into Nelson and a great choice of entertainment. The dolphins playing in the harbor were a highlight.

Thanks for a great stay, we enjoyed all aspects, after the initial shock of access! Views are magnificent and the house very comfortable. I left the can opener on the bench, as it was faulty. This was totally offset by the abundance of ice in the trays in the freezer! Thanks again
