Korora's Nest is perfect for business travellers or those seeking a special getaway. Ideal for 2, but can sleep 3 (or 4 maximum) with the double fold-out sofa in the small study area.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 1.5 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure hygiene & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort. 

At the end of your stay, standard housekeeping is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday-feel intact.

No party or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. No pets. General Terms & Conditions & the Building's Body Corporate Rules also apply.

Max. vehicle height for garage use is 2m.

The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.
