The views here are enchanting with the sea framed perfectly by the lush foliage of the valley below.

It's a short walk to Nelson's best waterfront eateries & cafes, & both the beach & city centre are within walking distance or a short drive.

This home is ideal for couples or groups of 4 to 6 guests. We look forward to welcoming you to Sea Song this Summer!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The Master bedroom offers exceptional views & space with a Queen Bed & the adjoining sunroom futon sofa can be configured as a double futon bed by request.

Bedroom 2 offers a double bed in a cooler more private part of the home.

Minimum stay of 2 nights except 23 Dec ~ 10 Jan (7 nights) & Easter (3 nights). Shorter stays may be accepted by request.

Inclusions

Sea Song will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Booking Conditions

No parties, No venue use, No smoking inside or outside due to proximity of forest, No Pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.

This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
