Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.

Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.

Check-in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm (as specified in listing & arrival details) or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

  • Amazing Stay We were extremely impressed with our stay at the apartment. We were there to visit with family who live in Beachville Nelson. The apartment looks exactly the same as the photos! Excellent location. 14 minute walk to town, 4 minute walk to the best croissants I’ve ever tasted at Posh! And coffee just down the road, best in Nelson. Having lots of crockery was a huge bonus. A very well stocked apartment. We were delighted with our stay and would recommend and will return.

  • We travelled for work and usually stay in the city. This location was perfect for us. Styx is one of our favourite cafe's and the morning walks along the esplanade were perfect for starting the day. We were met by Rob who familiarised us with the building, parking and apartment. The Apartment was a two bedroom, open living plan on the second floor. It had all the amenities and was presented beautifully. It is spacious and light featuring, excellent work benches for snacking or preparing food, a generous lounge area and large deck of the main lounge and a smaller deck of the bedroom. It was delightful working from this apartment watching the twoing and frowing of boats, ships and people. The apartment comes with air conditioning, though we didn't need it for our stay. We liked the most: Rob he was awesome, the location, the apartment layout and amenities, location (best fish and chips, esplanade to the the beach and coastline) the security of the building and the views. We would have liked: one movie channel on sky What was challenging: the traffic was pretty loud, but by the third day/night we were used to it, also closing the doors was useful if we were watching tv or hanging out. We had some late nights on the deck at the end of our day, when traffic had died down. Appreciate the double glazed windows.

  • Great place to stay if you are planning to stay in Nelson for a few days. Central location, quite close to the city, petrol station and supermarket near by, local eateries within close proximity and nice view of the wharf. Can get a bit loud with the constant traffic as located on the main road, however minimal noise if windows are shut. Everything you need for the stay is provided so don't need to worry about taking your own! Clean, spacious place I would definitely be keen on coming back to on my next visit to Nelson! 'I was impressed with every detail you've added to the place, whenever I was after something you had it at the accommodation!'

Sea Path I have now stayed, with different friends, three times, and would not choose anywhere else when coming to Nelson, the Location, the Views, the building, the Apartment are all just beautiful, clean and tidy, quiet, and feels very safe.   • Sea Path.....literally a sea path to a great holiday Location amazing....scenic and close to city and beach.Rob welcomed us and was very friendly and informative..Wonderful to have free parking.Double glazing worked well on the busy street.Nice to have the balcony to enjoy the sea view.Was great to have all the extras....condiments ,first aid,etc.A thoroughly enjoyable time here.   • Good morning Sara, Mara, Jarrod & Rob, We enjoyed our stay in the Sea Path apartment immensely in Nelson for the 2nd year. We treat it like we would our own and buy and repair the extra little things we need to suit our living. Ie. clock battery and brass clip on fridge door etc. We would suggest the luggage /shopping trundler be replaced as it drops rust on the floors as it is rusted out beyond repair. The ever changing view is wonderful for people that love a sea outlook and convenience of the eateries are excellent. We used the "ihail" taxi service to shuttle us to and from the city for evening dinners with friends which Is similar to "uber " but run by the taxis. It was most successful and worry free. It is a lovely apartment that felt welcoming, familiar and comfortable which we expect to return to again in the future. Many thanks Cheers Elle & Rob

  • Great location, nicely furnished, very clean & tidy and very thorough handover. Unfortunately the weather was not great, so didn’t get to enjoy the sunny balcony. It meant it was quite cool in the apartment, despite having the heat pump on. Would stay again.

  • Comfortable apartment close to the port and marina. Easy access if you have a car - on a busy street so might not be as appealing to walk around, as city and beach might be a bit far. Apartment is big though bathrooms seemed somewhat small compared to the size of the property. Well equipped for our needs.
