All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking. Secure parking for 2 standard-sized vehicles & elevator access provided.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

This apartment is a personal residence and occupied between available periods. Some storage areas will be used by the owners for personal use. The apartment is more fully furnished than dedicated accommodations.
The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.

Hello Robert, Sara & Jarrod Our stay at Waterfront Escape was a wonderful relaxing time after the passing of my father. Mum was very happy chilling out in the apartment. The apartment was well appointed, clean and felt like a home rather than a motel stay. The accessibility was appreciated and the view out was enjoyed by all of us. The road noise will always be an unavoidable issue but closing the doors mitigated that when necessary. All in all a wonderful stay and atmosphere. N J Dent 16:24 (1 hour ago) to me Hi guys! Once again a wonderful experience staying in your apartments! Rob was very friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. Apartment was exactly as stated and very comfortable. The only negative - the sheets on the super king bed were the wrong size and the fitted bottom sheet kept coming untucked and scrunching up.... A bit uncomfortable! Otherwise we were very happy, as we always have been on the multiple times now that we have stayed In one of your apartments. Oh, and please tell the Rob that we found the missing free view remote! Hope to stay with you in your lovely sunny Nelson again soon.

Top location on Nelson’s waterfront This is a wonderful apartment for families, friends or couples wanting to experience the lifestyle that Nelson has to offer. Beautifully appointed, with every consideration for the traveller thought of. Undercover secure parking and walking distance to some incredible restaurants. Our hostess could not have been any more thorough in her introduction to her apartment and it was lovely to meet her. This property is exceptionally clean and tidy and the beds are extremely comfy. Would definitely stay here again if in town,

Hi, We had a great time at the Waterfront Escape apartment over Easter. The location was perfect, looking out over the bay and seeing the big ships coming and going. Meeting us and showing us around the apartment when we arrived was appreciated and was good having the list of instructions on the fridge. The kitchen was well fitted out and we found everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with good quality linen. Cheers,

Hi Robert, Sara and Jarrod We all enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very well appointed and clean. Jarrod did a great job of meeting and greeting. We really enjoyed the terrace and watching the large ships come and go. The toaster wasn’t working so we had to work out how to use the griller but that was no big deal. As a family of 4, we appreciated the space this apartment had to offer. The views were amazing. Rob greeted us upon arrival and showed us the ins and outs of the apartment plus his local knowledge of where to get great coffee - A must!. The only negative is that the road out the front is very busy and with the doors open is quite noisy, however when shut the noise is reduced to an acceptable level.

The house was amazing. Everything you could possibly require was provided and clear instructions were provided. Our group loved the location and particularly enjoyed being able to sit outside, admire the view (especially the snow on the mountains). I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Nelson. Jarrod & Peta Jane were excellent to deal with. We were given clear instructions and details about the property and any questions we had were answered promptly

Hi Enjoyed our stay in Nelson – apartment was conveniently located and had amazing views, however road noise was disappointing as the movement of heavy vehicles through the night kept waking us. We think this was due to the ships in port being loaded through the night and the noise seemed to be exacerbated by a change in road surface near the apartment. Thanks and regards,

I booked the accommodation for my daughter and her family. They had a wonderful time. My grandson spent a lot of his time on the deck enjoying the view and reading. They really enjoyed their stay. We had a lovely time in Nelson and the apartment was perfect for our purpose. The location was great and the view beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed and being six adults, it was good having two bathrooms. The couple who had the main bedroom did comment that it was a bit noisey with trucks passing on the road in the middle of the night - obviously no double glazing. It was great to be met on arrival at the apartment, it is much better than trying to work things out for yourself plus a little local information is really appreciated, i.e. good nearby restaurants. Thanks again.
