Relax and enjoy Nelson's stunning waterfront at 'Harbour Watch' - a standout villa, perfectly positioned opposite the picturesque Boat Shed Cafe and Nelson's captivating harbour entrance.

This waterfront retreat seamlessly blends contemporary elegance with antique charm, creating comfortable, inviting spaces filled with original art and timeless furnishings.

Step inside and you’ll find a well equipped kitchen/dining room, thoughtfully provisioned for self-catering and entertaining. There are two connecting living rooms that look out to the sea views and a laundry. Upstairs three gorgeous bedrooms and two bathrooms complete this landmark home. Bask in sunshine as the sun tracks around the villa throughout the day, and in the evenings sit out in the courtyard and be mesmerized by Nelson’s breath-taking sunsets.

There is an ever-changing array of activity on the water seen from the house, as paddleboarders, yachties and swimmers enjoy the harbour and compete with the shipping traffic that comes and goes through Nelson’s busy port. Keep a keen eye on the water and you may see orca, dolphins and seals as they come into the harbour. Visit the local cafes and restaurants across the road and at the end of a perfect day, walk down the steps opposite the villa and enjoy a final swim as the sun sets and nature puts on a show.

Harbour Watch will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed prop??erty amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind. 

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Car parking - Parking is onroad and free of charge. A resident's only designated car parking space is located in front of the property. Additional on road parking spaces are generally available, but these are not designated.

Children - This home is deemed unsuitable for children under 12 years of age.

Noise - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. This accommodation may not be ideal for light sleepers.  

Personal home -?? This home is made available to guests on an occasional basis & is occupied by the property owners at other times. As a result, you'll enjoy access to a superbly equipped home with the minor trade-off that you may see some personal items & that some spaces may be dedicated to the storage of owner belongings.

Stairs - This is a two-storey home with stair access to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.

Check in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Please try to arrive during business hours ?where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
