When you arrive at Seachange it is every bit as spectacular as it looks in the photos. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. The views from all of the rooms are incredible, you can spend ages just watching the boats come and go in the harbour. It is also ideally located for trips to Neslon Lakes and Abel Tasman National Park.

Hi We had a fabulous stay. It was great to have a chance meeting with John the owner The only area I would work on is the heating and solar With no teenagers there was no long shows yet on two mornings only 3 of us could shower. A fantastic house clearly with rightly so “proud owners” ALAN
A Lint - Oct, 2017Thanks Alan and very glad you enjoyed your stay at Sea Change. The home is designed to be more or less energy neutral with solar passive design and PV solar water heating. The showers here are high pressure and use water quickly so on rainy or overcast days it may be necessary to press the power boost button allowing the grid power to charge the hot water cylinder, particularly when showering in the morning. We'll be sure to run you through how this works next stay. Once again - thanks for staying with us at Sea Change :-)Holiday Nelson
Fabulous house. We enjoyed staying there and would do so again.

Hi guys We enjoyed meeting all of you and really appreciate your kind help and enthusiasm guaranteeing a great and stress free trip to Nelson We liked sea change - fantastic location and nice modern architecture with that excellent view The proximity to rocks road made the place a little noisy and those upstairs thought some hooks or storage for clothes would have been useful Overall a ton of fun!
P Gilleran - Feb, 2016
Thanks Paul, the main waterfront road is a popular route & it's a busy time of year on all of Nelson's roads. The city is looking at developing a new highway on the other side of the hill to increase the amenity of this beautiful waterfront area - let's hope that happens soon! Thanks again for staying & thank you for the request for hooks & storage - a simple & great idea & we can't understand how we overlooked this before! All the best for the rest of your travels & we look forward to welcoming you to Nelson again.
Holiday Nelson - Feb, 2016
We had a lovely stay in Nelson, and thanks for your hospitality and warm welcome.

Dear Jarrod, As property managers you were a pleasure to deal with. You provided a friendly welcome to the house, a thorough explanation of the systems and useful information on the environs of Nelson. The house was spotless-clean with delightful architecture and decor, spectacular harbour views and great functionality for indoor / outdoor use. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was a joy to use. We thank the owners for allowing us to use the pull out pantry for the small quantities of ingredients (spices, condiments, a spoon of flour et al) that enable the traveller to cook well and enjoy to delicious meals. In summary, it was a total pleasure to stay at the house and we would love to come back and book again.
