Urban Art House will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind. 

All high contact, food prepar??ation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Personal home - This home is made available to guests on an occasional basis & is occupied by the property owners at other times. As a result, you'll enjoy access to a superbly equipped home with the minor trade-off that you may see some personal items & that some spaces may be dedicated to the storage of owner belongings.

Spa pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10 pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.

Check in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased??????.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
