Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Stairs - This is a multi-level apartment with stairs between ground level (entry, bedroom, ensuite bathroom, laundry, parking) and level 1 (living, kitchen, dining, main bathroom, bedroom) and level 2 where there is a roof-top balcony. If your children are familiar with stairs &/or you are comfortable supervising them in this area, then we would be happy to welcome you at this property.
Noise in the area - This is a central city apartment. While the apartment is double glazed, well insulated and while the area is not generally considered noisy, as for any city location, there may be the potential for some noise from time to time.
Please bring your mask - While you are in contact with our staff members when we welcome you or attend a call-out request from you, we will need to ask that you wear a mask. Please ensure that you have one with you.
Check in & check out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm (as specified in listing & arrival details) or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Fantastic, will stay again. Great location. Easy walking distance for shopping, eating, drinking etc. Convenient bus stop for going further afield, or transitting to/from the airport. Great facilities, we had everything we needed / wanted for our stay.

Fabulous. Loved the area of Nelson and the great restaurants. Everything. The apartment was amazing. Very modern and spacious with a balcony off the living area plus a rooftop sundeck and another outdoor area off one of the bedrooms. Very clean with excellent facilities and very close to many cafes, shopping and entertainment. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Clean, quiet, spacious and convenient walking location to downtown Nelson Enjoyed our stay to walk to downtown Nelson and Farmers market. Great amenities including fully stocked kitchen, washer/ dryer and private parking. Very clean and quiet, and hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful apartment with great location. Can't really fault anything so this is more of a suggestion for the check in process. You need to provide a time of arrival so that someone can meet you on site to hand over the keys. A drop box, key coded main door or similar may be useful. In saying that, our host who met us on site was lovely and gave us some good tips that only locals would know

Such responsive and welcoming hosts and the place is fantastic. We loved the industrial funk vibe and being so close to everyting in the city. I definitely recommend this and would stay there again in future.

Great place to stay and would stay again! The only comment i would make is for those that are light sleepers the front ground floor bedroom is quite loud with road noise, but there is a quiet bedroom upstairs that’s peaceful so make sure you stay in that room. Highly recommend to others

The property is spectacular. Great attention to detail and an architectural gem (says me an architect!) The property was spotless ( thank you) and had everything you could want. Loved the top floor deck. We even chose to spend our time there yesterday instead of having a beach day! Well located in the centre. Easy walking distance to the superb Suter Art Gallery- well worth a visit. Undoubtedly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in

the apartment was beautiful, clean and modern and had a very homely vibe to it! it was perfect for our little family of two young kids. it had a kitchen and washing facilities which is absolutely essential for our travelling. the location was amazing and very central to many nice cafes, restaurants and other attractions. super convenient :)

The introduction to the apartment was a pleasant surprise. The multi-storey aspect reminded us of Vietnam. We found the apartment to be very comfortable and generally quiet. The facilities were more than adequate and we especially liked the bathrooms and the heated floor. The overall cleanliness and maintenance was really good and we were unaware of any problems in this area. Afternoons on the balcony, in the sun, were excellent. Although we didn’t get the opportunity to venture up to level 3 except for a look around. The secure rear-parking was well received and a bonus. Overall the apartment was top notch and appreciated. The location meant we didn’t have to drive into town, in fact walking into town was yet another bonus. I have only one concern and that is about the blinds in the lower bedroom. The centre ‘black-out’ hangs at an angle and the left one has a, how to say, a bulge. This bulge impacts on privacy and would allow passers-by to view into the bedroom at night when the lights are on. That said we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this apartment to other potential users. Kind Regards Danny

'Great location! If you want to be near the town and two minutes walk from the supermarket, cathedral, shops, etc then this Airbnb is ideal. It would be a wonderful place to stay for a longer amount of time to get settled in and enjoy the wonderful ammenities.'

A nice find. Upon first impression of the location I found it was far better than expected, close to supermarket and all the main bars and MTB tracks we needed. The garage while open-plan, was secure and easy to use. There were lots of great touches around that we had everything we needed. I recommend this property and thanks again.

Super modern apartment in central Nelson with an amazing roof top terrace. The apartment has top of the line everything, it really is a beautiful apartment. The property is open plan with high ceilings, once the sun goes down it can be a bit chilly but there are two heat pumps to keep you warm. Easy communication with hosts, the only thing they ask is that you keep the keys at the property in a lockbox when you're not there which is a bit of a hassle. Not a big deal but just a bit of mucking around. Overall great property in a super handy central location! Thanks for a great stay

It was lovely to be met by the lovely team of Holiday Nelson - our hosts - and to be given lots of great local tips. We did the river walk and centre of New Zealand and even ventured upriver to Denny's swimming hole! Just marvellous. Our favourite restaurant was the one recommended to us by our hosts - Urban Oyster Bar and Eatery. That was a meal to remember! We also enjoyed the Saturday market and our trip out to Cable Bay!
