At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind. 

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Only staying guests allowed - no visitors permitted without prior agreement with host.

Car parking - Off-street parking is available for maximum 3 vehicles. There is no on-street parking on the street frontage.

Photos - Please note the house has recently been refurnished and additional amenities added. Photos will be updated as soon as possible :-)

?????Stairs - Please note this is two-storey home with stairs between the entry & upper bedroom level & main living level below. There are also steps from the balcony deck to the pool, spa & garden area.

Swimming Pool - The pool is heated with a swimming seaso???n that typically extends from late October until late April.

No noise that has the potential to disturb neighbours shall be made at any time during the designated “quiet hours” of 9:00pm and 8:00am.

Check in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
