All day sun bathes this expansive North facing home and the incredible unimpeded views are panoramic: Stretching from Nelson's busy port to the North, across the natural boulder bank... taking in Nelson's historic lighthouse, the harbour entrance, Haulashore Island, Fifeshire Rock, Tahunanui Beach, the Abel Tasman coastline and the majestic & often snow-capped mountains of Kahurangi National Park! 

This home is spacious and ideal for accommodating two families groups seeking both shared moments and private escapes. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for many and is equipped with all you need to do so. There's even a coffee machine with grinder for the mornings!

All will love the homes many relaxation and social zones across its multiple levels, lounges, indoor and outdoor dining, seating and relax areas. For those of you here for work or bringing your work on holiday, you'll appreciate the quiet of the upper level with its work desk and plug-in screen. We have high-speed fibre internet, board games for Africa & several TV's with Smart App access.

3: Single bunk beds with books, toys, garden & some sea views.

4. King bed with full sea views. 

Other: A small kids mattress is also available by request.

2 Bathrooms

Main Level -
1: Shower and separate Bath, Heated Towel Rail, Underfloor heating.

Other: Separate Toilet with Basin.

Lower Level - 
2: Shower, Vanity & Toilet.

Laundry

Separate laundry with Washing machine, Dryer.

Inclusions

Aquavista will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4.5 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Professional Housekeeping & Linen Laundering

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind. 

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Not suitable for children until further notice - There are low balustrade balconies that present a clear hazard for small children. There is also a shallow fountain at the rear of the property.

New balustrades have been ordered expected and expect to be installed mid-Winter. 

Check in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or from 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Early check-in (1pm? and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
