Mount Street Hideaway makes for a fantastic Summer escape - offering all-day sun, great indoor-outdoor flow & a convenient location just a short walk to Nelson's City Centre, the Saturday Market, great cafes, restaurants & entertainment!

This beautiful home offers two living areas, views over the surrounding hills & city with two outdoor deck areas to make the most of the sunny Nelson weather!

It's an easy link-through to Grampians Reserve with its many great walking trails or through to Codgers MTB park - just a short ride through the city. You can even access the Great Taste Trail from here via Nelson's old Railroad Reserve track.

Mount Street Hideaway is ideal for families or groups of friends alike. Ideal for those looking for a quiet, central city location offering great comfort & views!

1 (Master): King bed with Ensuite bathroom, 2: King bed, 3: Single + Single beds (these can be combined to make a King bed by early request), 4: King Single bed,  Other: Extra Single Mattress (suitable for a child)

1 (Master ensuite): Shower, ?Heated towel rail, Toilet & Vanity, 2: Shower over bath, Heated towel rail, Toilet & Vanity. 

Inclusions

Mount Street Hideaway will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough? approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind... because nothing less will do. 

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Private Residence - This is ?a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owners belongings.

Cats - Mount Street Hideaway is home to George & Ringo the cats (indoor & outdoor cats) and guests are asked to please feed & love them - food will be left along with instructions :-)

Check in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or from 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
