You will immediately feel warmly welcomed in this sunny beach house nestled amongst the vibrant nature of Delaware Bay.

Resident custodians living in a neighbouring cottage will make your stay even more special by sharing their local products (eggs, honey, fresh fruits & vegetables) as well as their knowledge of the area, local walks & activities & the eco-friendly environment.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed - or Single + Single beds on request, Study: Single bed.

Downstairs: Bedroom 2: King bed - or Single + Single beds on request,  Other - Sunroom: Single bed on request.

Bathroom 1 (Master ensuite): Shower, Separate corner Bath, Toilet & Vanity, Bathroom 2 (downstairs): Walk-in Shower, Toilet & Basin.

Minimum stay of 2 nights except for 23 Dec ~ 6 Jan (6 nights) & Easter (3 nights). Longer/medium-term stays by request.

Inclusions

The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, including Spa Pool, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Housekeeping

At the end of your stay, a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday-feel intact.  

Booking Conditions & Notes

No party or venue use. No Smoking. Pets by written agreement only - please enquire before booking. General Terms & Conditions apply.

Safety - Spa pool, unfenced property & proximity to the sea present hazards for small children. Please enquire with children's ages if children are under 10. 

There is no mobile coverage on the property but a landline will be provided for an emergency local calls. 

WiFi speed is variable.

This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

Please note that neighbouring cottage will be separately tenanted or owner-occupied during your stay.
