  • Lovely modern apartment in good location. Loved the contemporary design, comfy sofa and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Nice, quiet location despite being adjacent to large car park. Loved the inbuilt wall fire that was visible from both the bedroom and lounge.

  • We had a lovely stay in Nelson. The location of this apartment is perfect - plenty to walk to in terms of restaurants and shopping, as well as the gardens and river walk. We especially appreciated the terrace which received a lot of sunlight - great for coffee in the morning. We didn’t have a car, but onsite parking was available and very convenient.

  • Lovely apartment. Very clean, comfortable and modern. Could walk into Nelson township easily. Supermarket is literally next door! Amazing wardrobe space and great shower. Hubby loved the coffee machine. A washer/dryer also included. Personally not a fan of the combination machines - dry cycle is always too long but understand it’s necessity in a smaller space. Overall though we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again if in Nelson. Great apartment. Loved staying there. Felt right at home immediately ! Thank you

  • My husband and I stayed at Malthouse Nelson from the 30th April to 4th May 2023 and I must say, I was impressed. There is no false advertising here. You will be getting what they advertise in their website for this property and more. This is a very thought-out apartment. A very well-equipped modern kitchen, heated bathroom floor, motion sensor which will activate a small light before you enter the toilet (no more turning on the bright toilet lights), so much storage space and lots of towels and most important, very secure. I am impressed

It was easy to walk to town and Nelson is very cute. Having a dedicated parking space was nice and the communication was good with clear instructions for getting in and using the apartment’s amenities.

  • Certainement l’un des plus beau logement que nous ayons fait. Nous avons pu investir les lieux en avance sur le check-in réglementaire. Le logement est neuf (ou presque!), très bel agencement, la décoration est faite avec goût. Les explications laissées dans le logement et celles délivrées par lors de la correspondance étaient très claires. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Le fireplace donne une touche raffinée et cocooning à l’appartement en plus de son utilité première de chauffage. L’equipement de la cuisine est de très bonne qualité. C’est clairement un appartement dans lequel on aimerait vivre à l’année. L’environnement est très secure. La proximité du supermarché est plus qu’appréciable. Le logement se situe véritablement à quelques dizaine de mètres de Trafalgar street et de ses commerces. C’est un logement que je recommande chaudement.

  • Hi! Nothing but positive feedback. The unit was refreshingly modern and updated, spacious, and had everything we needed. The espresso machine was a bit tricky, I have one at home, and I mastered it eventually, this was a nice touch. Location was ideal, beside a great grocery store (a big plus) and within blocks of the downtown core. Only suggestion: finding the parking spot was a bit hard to follow: I come from a mapping background, so my inclination would be to put a small graphic in the check-in instructions, showing the building, the front entrance, the unit, and the parking spot locations, mention you have to go into the food store parking lot to get to the parking space.
