All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
Professional Housekeeping & Linen Laundering
At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind.
All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated for your comfort.
Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.
Check in & Check out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Beautiful condo, right across the street from the beach. Easy walk to restaurants. The unit is clean and spacious and the views spectacular! Furniture and beds are clean and comfortable. Mara and her team were awesome hosts, completely professional. Very quick to communicate, checkin with Jarrod was simple and he was so friendly. Explained what we needed to know about the unit, then was on his way. Do not hesitate to deal with this team. They manage a number of properties. Would definitely reach out if in the area again. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, lots of towels for the bathrooms. The only disappointment we had was the patio furniture is different than the photos (we understand, homeowners change stuff). There are no chairs for sitting on the patio, just a large picnic table. Thankfully the patio doors open wide so you can bring the outdoors in. As a somewhat picky traveller, I would absolutely recommend this unit. Thanks again for the great experience!

Stunning apartment in beautiful location. 2 min stroll to beach across road. Very spacious and well equipped modern accommodation, safe and secure parking at door. Great coffee and dining downstairs. Only slight downside was height restriction for vehicle access - I had to remove the luggage cage off my ute.

Thanks so much for the accommodation at Silver Sands. We had a lovely few days in Nelson, and the accomodation was just perfect. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a nice luxury for our family of four, with older teenagers! Apartment was well appointed, in a great location, and we enjoyed the views over the ocean and the walks along the beach. We loved our stay at this penthouse apartment. It was very well equipped and comfortable. We had various visitors stay for brief visits and all were impressed. Being so close to the beach meant we could pop across the road for a walk or a swim. Having two parking spots made it easy to accommodate visitors and cafes, restaurants and bakeries nearby were great. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the Silver Sands Beachside Apartment. The apartment had all the amenities to feel at home for our group of six. A gem - stay here if you can! This is a real gem. Agent met us and showed us everything we needed to know. No guessing required. Very good service. Excellent apartment - spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped and comfortable. Everything you would need. Lovely balcony. Restaurant across the road, also fish and chips shop if you want something delicious but simple. Highly recommend.

Hi there, We really enjoyed our stay at Silver Sands Apartments. It was a great set up for 4 adults (and a little one) with plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms made life that much easier. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances such as the tv & heart pump were modern and easy to use. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained, clean and modern - a real delight to stay in. The view from the apartment is lovely and the location is great. We did a bit of travel around the outer regions of Nelson to vineyards etc so it was handy having the apartment located just outside the main city centre. We enjoyed our stay in Nelson, we were very comfortable in our apartment it was lovely warm and clean. I would suggest some hangers in the wardrobes , tissues in bathrooms , drink coasters for lounge & side tables. Also suggest due to traffic flow, the deck area was covered in fine black dust, so bottom of feet or footwear picks up this dust and can be carried through to lovely carpet, suggest a quick mop of deck before new guests arrive, as the dust is an accumulation over time. Definitely would stay again. Thanks again
