Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind.
All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for up to 2 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.
Elevator access - easy elevator access is provided.
Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated for your comfort.
Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.
Please bring your mask - While you are in contact with our staff members when we welcome you or attend a call-out request for you, and at anytime while you are transiting public areas in the building (hallways/elevators/lobby/garages), we will need to ask that you wear a mask. Please ensure that you have one with you. Thank you.
Check in & Check out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Hi there, We really enjoyed our stay at Silver Sands Apartments. It was a great set up for 4 adults (and a little one) with plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms made life that much easier. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances such as the tv & heart pump were modern and easy to use. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained, clean and modern - a real delight to stay in. The view from the apartment is lovely and the location is great. We did a bit of travel around the outer regions of Nelson to vineyards etc so it was handy having the apartment located just outside the main city centre. We enjoyed our stay in Nelson, we were very comfortable in our apartment it was lovely warm and clean. I would suggest some hangers in the wardrobes , tissues in bathrooms , drink coasters for lounge & side tables. Also suggest due to traffic flow, the deck area was covered in fine black dust, so bottom of feet or footwear picks up this dust and can be carried through to lovely carpet, suggest a quick mop of deck before new guests arrive, as the dust is an accumulation over time. Definitely would stay again. Thanks again
