It's North facing with fantastic sun and warmth and it offers a private sunny courtyard & two off-street car-parks.

You'll also be within walking distance of the Queen's Gardens, Suter Art Gallery, the Cinema, the Riverside Pool, and of course you'll have immediate access to the beautiful Maitai River & associated local walking trails which connect to cycle & mountain-biking trails.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind.
All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

A lovely spot, clean modern apartment, and we enjoyed our time there. Improvements if possible would be.... Providing apartment number on instructions would just confirm u have the right door. Garage was empty so not sure why it couldn't be used, especially since we were parking in front of it? And finally the bed in the small bedroom was sagging, firm edges soft middle making for uncomfortable sleep ???? Thanks

Hi Jeff, Thank you for your feedback, really appreciated. This apartment is a "Meet&Greet" property so we give guests the address and we take them into the apartment during the meet. That is the reason for not having it in the instructions. Unfortunately there are owner's valuables and their car in the garage most of the time so guests can park only on the driveway in front of the garage. The bed is firmer on the edge than in the middle as that's where the framework comes together but definitely we will go and check if the center support rail did not break. Holiday Nelson went above & beyond during my time of needs, not only did they assist with helping me figure out how to use the fancy plugs for the sinks and spa baths but they also supported me when I felt unsafe (due to a personal issue of my own) made sure I was kept safe and honestly if it wasn’t for their amazing hospitality I would’ve just got on the next flight home. I am so thankful, truly thankful for everything they have done for me. I hope to return someday again. The house is absolutely perfect, very beautifully decorated and comfortable. There is nothing I can fault Holiday Nelson or this Airbnb for. Thank you all again

Such a great location, nice and central. Everything in Town is within walking distance and being located on the river felt so peaceful. Would definitely recommend for my mates and family.

Attractive, well equipped in ideal location on riverside. Coffeehouse 50mts one way and 100 mts the other. Three to four minute walk into city centre.

Hello We really enjoyed our stay at Riverside Apartment. It was perfect for our needs and so close to everything. The only comments I have are - the grout in the ensuite shower needs a good clean with bleach or something similar It is a bit off putting to see it looking so grubby - lighter blankets needed for the beds. The duvets are winter weight and so hot we found we had to sleep with just a sheet for most of the night. The apartment is well equipped with everything and the decor is lovely.

This is a fantastic place. Very modern, super clean and fully equipped home. Nice river view, quiet and yet only minutes walk away from amenities and town center. Value for money. Highly recommended. Not forgetting to mention, friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you Holiday Nelson for hosting us.
