The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
Linens & Towels & Housekeeping
Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure sanitation & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort.
At the end of your stay, a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday-feel intact. Provided the home is left tidy, with dishes done & away, beds unmade our housekeepers will be able to complete services within the standard time-frame.

Wonderful place exactly as advertised. Location and views are great, very conveniently located. Plenty of space to park. The house is very well designed with good mix of indoor and outdoor places. We had a wonderful 3 night stay here and thoroughly enjoyed the use of this very well presented and equipped house. The views are outstanding and we enjoyed a bbq on the very spacious deck. Highly recommend this property.

This lovely home is in a quiet location on a hill based a 5 minute drive from central Nelson. The views are spectacular both inside and on the outside deck. The outside deck extended the living space considerably which was needed for our family of 7. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds comfortable. The linen and towels were first class. My mum likes a mirror and waste paper bin in the bedroom which she didn’t have. I would highly recommend.

Hi All, Thank you we have a great time away! Lovely house, had everything we needed, really enjoyed having BBQ’s on the deck on the comfy outdoor furniture with a great view!! It was just the perfect location, so handy to everything – the shops & yummy restaurants, not far to the beach and just around the corner from the lovely Maitai Valley river and the cool swimming holes! Well equipped property in prime location. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The master bed was comfy, the shower strong and the modern kitchen very well appointed. We liked the proximity to the river - ideal for morning runs or evening walks. Besides, the downtown restaurants are just an easy 15-20 min walk away. Jarrod & Peta-Jane are both charming and highly pofessional managers of the place - a real pleasure to deal with

Unbelievable home! We enjoyed 4 perfect nights at this beautiful spot! The design was outstanding, and the living and kitchen space perfect for cozy mornings in and fun dinners at night. The bedrooms were so comfortable, with great attention to detail in all elements of the design. We walked to town for dinner (Hopgoods, Urban Oyster Eatery) and it was a perfect 20ish minute walk each way. We found beautiful running trails along the river below the house, and soaked up sunny days on the beautiful patio. It was a stay for the books!
