Countryside Magic is a lovely character home set on two rural acres within view of the sea & surrounding mountains -  A spectacular location offering absolute privacy and calm along with the opportunity to enjoy a country lifestyle filled with sunshine, birdsong, paddocks and farm animals such as goats and sheep.

It's just 5~6 minutes drive from here to the lovely seaside town of Mapua with its range of great restaurants, bars and cafes, and its just over 10 minutes to the Upper Moutere Village with its historic pub & surrounding artisan stores.

It's only 20minutes drive to Nelson and just under 40minutes drive to the Abel Tasman National Park.

The home provides open-plan living, kitchen and dining with two outdoor entertaining areas - One of which is semi-covered and has an outdoor fire pit with a supply of logs. Furthermore, there is a self-contained sleep-out available for extended use, ideal for accommodating larger families or groups of friends.

With these views, incredible tranquility and beautiful surroundings, fantastic entertaining spaces, high speed unlimited WiFi, Smart TV & many other home amenities, Countryside Magic is a wonderful place for a countryside getaway!

All utilities?, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4 hours will be included in your booking.??

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind. 

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

This is a personal home - Countryside Magic is made available to guests on an occasional basis only. As guests here, this allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

Garage - The garage area is not available for guest use.However, there is ample parking available for 6 or more cars, including space for boats.

Check in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
