Black House is an executive-style 3 bedroom home located in the heart of the picturesque Mapua Village.
This elevated property offers privacy & all day sun, as well as being within a stone's throw of Mapua's renowned cafe's, restaurants & shops.
Airy, light-filled & set on one-level (accessed by external stairway) with three double bedrooms & an open plan kitchen, dining & living area that flows onto a large entertaining deck.
Black House (3 Bedroom) can also be booked as the larger Black House & Studio (4 bedrooms) giving exclusive use of the property & additional space, bathrooms etc.
Alternatively, the smaller Black Studio (1 bedroom studio) can be booked.
This home is ideal for families or small groups looking for somewhere stylish, comfortable, and convenient to base themselves while enjoying all that the Nelson-Tasman region has to offer.

Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3: Single bed + extra Trundler bed by request.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure hygiene & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort.
At the end of your stay, a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday-feel intact.

Black House is located in the centre of Mapua, a popular coastal village half an hour's drive from central Nelson and 20 minutes drive from Nelson airport. Mapua boasts a laid-back, holiday vibe while offering all the amenities that you could need, including world-class restaurants, galleries, and shops, as well as two grocery stores, a bakery, medical centre, pharmacy, library, and playground. The house is just a few minutes walk from Mapua's iconic wharf area where you can relax over a delicious meal with a view, enjoy some live music and soak up the holiday atmosphere, or hire a bike and catch the ferry to Rabbit Island. Surrounded by great wineries, galleries, beaches, walking and cycle trails, and golf courses, and at the centre of the Great Taste Cycle Trail, Mapua is also an ideal location from which to explore the wider Nelson-Tasman region.
