All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind.
All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Loved our stay at this beautiful spacious home. The beds were really comfortable, the views were astonishing and the living area was massive so lots of room. Bonus was the massive tv which we loved and the kitchen had everything we needed to make lovely dinners. Great location and a walk to some top cafes, restaurants. Also lovely and cool even when it was hot out and super private and quiet. Will definitely book again.

Dear team We really enjoyed our stay in Nelson. The house was spacious and clean. Loved the view from the living room/deck. We really appreciated that small but important things like soap, laundry powder and herbs where in the house. Makes travelling so much easier. This is absolutely a gorgeous place, but apart from the view, actually the part I enjoyed the most is its location! There’s a walk way down to the waterfront, it’s just 10 mins walk to the waterfront restaurant (eg boat shed) and the waterfront track/walkway. It was so lovely taking a walk at the seaside!! Grind coffee, the electric awning and the big screen Tv in the house is also a plus too.

Kia ora, We had a fantastic stay and what a wonderful property - Ocean Vista was superb - great position and views - comprehensively appointed - very well thought through layout and furnishing - we particularly liked the range of seating and eating areas and the large screen TV was a treat ! The mid-stay linen change was very welcome and the minor problem with the drains was dealt with efficiently and with minimal fuss. Our family of four loved our stay. The views were amazing and constantly changing. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. The washing machine was easy to use. The air conditioning units were great because sometimes it just got too hot in sunny Nelson. We’d love to return one day. Thanks for everything. It’s a great home and you’re great hosts.

Beautiful location, amazing view with a short cut to the water nearby. Tidy and clean, and has puzzles and binoculars to play with. The driveway is a bit steep and snug for 2 cars, so one car opted to park in the bay at the bottom of the drive way. Overall a memorable and fun stay.

Stunning ocean views Comfortable home with quality amenities and stunning views. The driveway up to the property is steep & turning around is not for the faint- hearted but its all quite negotiable once you learn the knack. A lovely, relaxing stay.

Superb location, beautiful house and really helpful hosts. The house had everything we needed and a baby high chair was provided as well. The central heating kept us warm and comfortable. There was a huge Samsung smart TV (I think it’s 75 inch) and we watched some shows in 4k when our baby was resting. The wifi was very fast and kitchen was modern too.

Great view from the living room and master suite. We spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the bay. The binoculars were a great addition. The driveway was steep on a somewhat busy road at times, but we managed with two vehicles.

This is lovely house with fantastic views. Great living areas with loads of space to enjoy. There is a great collection of books to choose from too. Rooms are nicely set up and the views from the master are so nice to wake up to. We really appreciated all the labels in the kitchen too.
