Seabreeze 3 is one of two bookable parts at this address: the other part being the immediately adjacent Seabreeze Apartment (One bedroom apartment). You can book the two together here: Seabreeze 4.
These two bookable parts are separated internally by a wall & door that is locked on both sides (this can be opened if both parts are booked together).
The balcony areas are substantially separated by a frosted glass partition.
We ask that occupants of each property are mindful of the occupants of the other, particularly in respect of noise & privacy.
Off-street parking, rubbish & recycling facilities & WiFi are shared between Seabreeze 3 and Seabreeze Apartment. All other amenities are provided separately.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

We really enjoyed our stay in the lovely Seabreeze 3. Thank you. Very well appointed and a wonderful view. Just a couple of suggestions: New packet of bandaids needed in first aid kit A few complete plastic containers and plates for picnics. We would love to return one day.

Really Enjoyed the place It had everything we needed Quite a drive to get to if wanting to travel back and forth to town which was our requirement but this will be better when new road gets through and roadworks sorted. Would stay again once access sorted

Having read some of the previous vinous reviews, I thought it curious that someone found off-putting notes/instructions around the house by the owners in all-caps. Only such thing I saw like that were clearly marked kitchen cabinets and drawers which were helpful. The only negatives of an otherwise delightful stay were the fact that part of the view from the patio was obscured by mature plants, the fact I had difficulty figuring out efficient operation of the clothes dryer (that one is on me because I didn’t bother to contact the owners about it), and the fact that the curb recycling bin was full when we arrived… good thing we didn’t produce many recyclables ourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was fantastic. Communication with the host was great during our stay. Only thing we think was missing was lights in the outdoor area. Will recommend the host to have the lights available in future for a greater experience. Other than that it's a really good place for accommodation. Must recommend to anyone who likes sea view.

The property was superb. Everything we needed was there and the view was spectacular with amazing sunsets. Comfortable beds, clean linen, plenty of utensils. The entire property was clean and very easy to live in. Two very minor criticisms - couldn't access TVNZondemand and an extra toilet roll in each bathroom for the length of stay.

Firstly apologies for the late reply. We only returned home from NZ on Thursday night and whilst away could not send emails. We are now in Self Isolation at home in Nelson Bay We were delighted with our stay in Nelson. The house presented so well and the views were beautiful We could not Bellevue how well equipped the kitchen, Laundry and bathrooms were and everything was very clean. Very good service from manager , comfortable accommodation n beautiful house. The only minor issue was microwave doesn't work due to the key lock function. Had contacted the manager n issued has been fixed but when we want to use the same issue happened again..should leave the manual book in the house. Overall the house is superb..Will come again. Thanks for the owner.

Really great place to stay. Holiday Nelson was very good to deal with. Amazing view over the water front! House was so clean! Beds were very comfy and there were plenty of towles to use. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Lots of little things that make the stay far more enjoyable. Their was a folder of local attractions for us to look into to fill in spare time, was a lot easier than using (Hidden by Airbnb) ! All in all a great place to stay and great value for money

Everything is easy to access and find due to all the time taken to label, thank you. We thank you very much for our stay in Nelson. I would like to just tell you, we used the towels on one of the spare beds in room three for baby. I hope that is alright. We also left some little bottles of wine in the fridge, which we were unsure of leaving or disposing of, but seen as they were all sealed etc we have left it up to you if you would like them or get rid of. Very well appointed, large living area and deck, nice big rooms and wide stairs, very comfortable and warm. Our stay was for six people for five nights at very short notice (booked in the morning, arrived that evening) yet they had the place ready for us. Note the beds are fairly firm, but we would very happily stay again another time.

We loved staying with holiday nelson, we had a last minute booking and they were super accommodating. The Seabreeze 3 is just amazing, it is large and spacious with an excellent kitchen and the deck, the deck was amazing. The location is superb with terrific views of the sunset and all of Tasman Bay. You can’t get tired looking at the view. The barbecue is terrific and there is plenty of seating and we loved way we could look at from the living room and dining room. And whenever we had an issue, the folks at holiday nelson were very responsive and cheerful. Thanks again for that!

Amazing scenic view overlooking Nelson, the airport, and the water. House is stocked with all of the necessities- all utensils, salt, pepper, oil, etc etc. Extremely well managed and succinct. Perhaps the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in.
