Kina Beach House will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind. 

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Pets - By special written permission only, pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet so this can be discussed. Special terms and a $50 pet fee will apply.

Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the front garden and rear stairs leading to the back garden.

Young Children and Stairs - This is a split-level house with multiple stairs, which may not be suitable for small children who are not familiar or comfortable with navigating stairs. Please ensure they are closely supervised when moving between levels.

Check in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.????

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
