Why rent a holiday home?
Holiday homes or holiday houses are a fantastic accommodation option that can far exceed the anywhere-to-be-had experience of a hotel or motel. Instead of renting just a room you rent an entire property! This additional space, privacy and freedom is wonderful for just you, you and your partner, your family or a group of friends. Our well appointed holiday houses are set-up to be your home away from home. Everything you couldn't pack is already there! Every property is equipped with quality cooking facilities, beds and bedding, lounge furniture, outdoor furniture, dishwasher TV and so on. Some properties even offer large screen TV, satellite receiver and espresso machine. Quality linen is supplied and house-keeping is provided upon departure (except for Homebush) - or with any frequency you request (additional charges will apply). A 20% deposit is required to lock in your booking with the remainder of payment due 30days before commencement of your stay. Along with final payment, we request a security deposit equivalent to one night's tariff, or your credit card details.
