• Private residence - This apartment is a personal residence and occupied between periods of availability. Some storage areas will be used by the owners for personal use. As a result, this apartment may be more fully furnished than other dedicated accommodations.
• Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.
• Security cameras - For security & safety of the building, the body corporate operate security cameras that monitor the doors and vehicles in the parking area.
Check-in is available between 2pm and 8pm
• Please try to arrive during business hours where possible.
• Late arrivals after 8pm are outside of our service hours and will only be possible by agreement. A minimum additional charge of NZD50.00 will apply.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.
• Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
