Your privacy.

Holiday Nelson collects only what we need to look after your stay or your enquiry, and we follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect. When you send a form on this website (listing your home, or a message to our team) we keep what you enter: your name, email, phone number and message, and for owners the address and details of the home. Your search (dates and guests) stays in your browser for the visit and is used only to show prices.

Bookings and payment. Bookings are made at the secure booking step, run by our reservation system. Your booking details are held there, and card details go to its payment provider: they never pass through this website.

How we use it. To reply to you, to arrange and manage your stay or your home, and to meet our legal obligations. We don’t sell your information or use it for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it is kept. With the providers who run this website, its email and our reservation system, some of whom store information outside New Zealand. We use providers who protect it to a standard comparable to New Zealand law.

Cookies and statistics. If we measure how the site is used, we ask first where the law expects it, and you can say no.
