• Access - Please note that access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway.

• Car parking - There is just one car park available with this apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent.

• Stairs - as the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking.

• Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, this apartment is deemed unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12.

• Garage storage - We're happy to make the garage available for storage by early request.

⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm. Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
