• Access - Please note that access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway.
• Car parking - There are two car parks available with this apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent.
• Stairs - as both apartments must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking.
• Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, these apartments are deemed unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12.
