Urban Art House offers the character of a designer home with all the space and comfort required for a relaxing group getaway in the heart of Nelson.

⭐️ 4 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 7) Upstairs - 1 (Master): King bed with Walk-in wardrobe, Semi ensuite and Balcony access, 2: Single bed Downstairs - 3: Queen bed, 4: Bunk beds with Outside access Wardrobe and Dresser.

⭐️ 2.5 Bathrooms Upstairs - 1 (Master ensuite): Large tiled Shower, Toilet & Vanity. Downstairs - 2 (Family bathroom): Rain head Shower, Separate Bath & Vanity.

⭐️ Laundry A full laundry with a toilet, accessible from the outside.

⭐️ Location Urban Art House is ideally located, just a 7-minute walk to Nelson markets, a 2-minute stroll to riverside walking tracks and charming cafes. You can reach the beach with a 10-minute drive or enjoy a 5-minute walk to a playground and pools. Also, it's just a 5-minute walk to the movie theatre and the best pizza in Nelson! ⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.

• Personal home - This home is made available to guests on an occasional basis & is occupied by the property owners at other times. As a result, you'll enjoy access to a superbly equipped home with the minor trade-off that you may see some personal items & that some spaces may be dedicated to the storage of owner belongings.

• Spa pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10 pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.

⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.

• Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
