Separate room off the internal garage with washer and dryer.

Perfectly positioned on top of the hill yet close walking distance to town. Just a short walk or ride to Nelson's restaurant precinct, the Saturday market, Suter Art Gallery, Queen's Gardens & Nelson's fantastic mountain-biking & walking trails!

• Hilltop Getaway will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes
• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.
• Car parking - The garage is available for guest use when not used for vehicle storage by the property owner. There is also space on the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is no off-street parking within proximity of the home.
• Spa pool - Children must be supervised in the spa at all times. The spa pool cannot be used after 10pm & the lid must be relocked between each use.
• Stairs - This is a split level home with stair access from the entry up to the main level of the home or down to the lower level bedroom.
⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
