- Access - Please note that access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway.
- Car parking - One dedicated off-street car park is provided with each apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent.
- Stairs - As the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking.
- Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, this apartment is deemed unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12.
