• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
• This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
• Stairs - Please note this is a two-storey home with stairs between the lower & upper levels.
Check-in is available between 2pm and 8pm
• Please try to arrive during business hours where possible.
• Late arrivals after 8pm are outside of our service hours and will only be possible by agreement. A minimum additional charge of NZD50.00 will apply.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.
• Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
