It's a short drive from here to the Beach, the Glen or Cable Bay and as handy as anywhere in Nelson to the Abel Tasman, Nelson Lakes or Golden Bay.

• Noise in the area - This is a generally quiet area, however, this property is located on a main road where passing traffic can be heard, particularly during the main commuting hours on weekdays. Please be assured that the home is double glazed and well insulated.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
