• Surrounding the beach are extensive recreational areas & fantastic playgrounds for kids of all ages. Also Mega-slide, Hydro-slides, Go-Karts, Mini-Golf. These things are just the tip of the iceberg; there is much to appreciate & enjoy at this property & in the surrounding area!

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of listed property, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
• Personal Residence - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
• Spa Pool use - Children are not permitted in the spa without supervision. The spa must be locked between every use. Use after 10pm is not permitted.
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.
• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.
