• Oceanview Apartments Tenant Forms & Body Corporate Rules: The complex’s standard Body Corporate & House Rules apply to all residents in the building and will be provided upon arrival for your reference.
• As part of the check-in procedure, you will need to provide contact & other details and agree to abide by the Body Corporate rules for the purposes of Health and Safety, building operations and the quiet enjoyment of all.
• Please feel free to request these documents if you’d like to view these before your arrival.
• Swimming Pool - Please note that the main swimming pool is closed between Easter (end of school holidays) and Labour weekend. The Spa pool will still be available all through Winter. These facilities are open between 7am and 9pm daily (use is not permitted outside of these times).
Note: Pool heating will be temporarily turned off from ANZAC Weekend and will resume for Labour Weekend. The pool remains open and safe to swim in - just a little cooler during this time.
• Car parking - One carpark is provided within the secure garaging of the complex. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.
• Elevator access - Easy elevator access if provided.
⭐️ Check-in is possible between 2pm and 8pm, 7 days a week.
• Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. A minimum additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
