Seaside Manor is an ideal holiday home for 1 to 3 couples or a family. Small, well-behaved pets are welcome with limited interior access allowed.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4.5 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes

• No party or venue use. No Smoking inside. By special written permission pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet. Special terms and a $50 pet fee will apply. Please see our General Terms & Conditions for full details.

• Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

• Stairs - This is a two-level home with stairs between the upper and lower levels. Parking is available on either level.

⭐️ Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or from 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

• Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

• Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

• Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
