• Pinnacle Place - Lower Apt will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay. All utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities including WiFi, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 1.5 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Please note this apartment is located below the separately accessed and separately bookable Pinnacle Place house. There is no open internal access between the Apartment & the house above unless the two parts of the property are booked together: Pinnacle Place + Pinnacle Apartment.
• Access to the lower apartment is via external steps.
