The open plan kitchen sitting & dining areas provide plenty of space for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The pool table, table tennis & board games will keep everyone contented even on a rainy day.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking inside. No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.

• Maximum Guest & Vehicle numbers - Please note that a maximum of 6 guests only are permitted to stay at this property with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Visitors are not permitted here.

• Tidal Access - At times of particularly high tides (Approx 1~2 times each month), the access road will be covered with seawater for a short period of time around mid-day & mid-night.

• Tank water supply - we ask that you be thoughtful with water use. Conservation is particularly important through our dryer Summer months.

• WiFi & WiFi Calling - We now have high-speed Starlink Internet here! Cellular coverage is poor here - Use Wireless Calling instead.

• Vehicle access to the beach is not permitted. The beach is pedestrian access only.

⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
