Nelson City, Stoke & Richmond are easy drives, as is Nelson's Tahunanui Beach, World of Wearable Art Museum & local golf courses!

⭐️ Inclusions

• Monaco Waterside Magic will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.

• Please note that the Bedroom 3 and ensuite are detached from the main house.

⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
