• No parties, No venue use, No smoking inside, No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.
• Young Children - This property is not suitable for children under the age of 14 due to pool and safety considerations. Please enquire before booking if your group includes younger children.
• Only staying guests allowed - no visitors permitted without prior agreement with host.
• Swimming Pool - The pool is heated with a swimming season that typically extends from late October until late April.
• Quiet Hours - No noise that has the potential to disturb neighbours shall be made at any time during the designated “quiet hours” of 9:00pm and 8:00am.

• Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An after-hour sucharge will apply.
