• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for 1 vehicle. For electric vehicle owners, a 3-point plug is available in the basement carpark, making it easy to charge your vehicle during your stay.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
