Guests pay the nightly rate plus a cleaning fee and GST. Platforms take their commission from bookings made through them; direct bookings on our site carry no platform fee, which is why we work hard to earn them.

Our management fee is a percentage of the accommodation revenue, agreed up front. Maintenance is quoted and approved by you before any work happens.

Each month you receive a statement showing every booking, GST remitted to Inland Revenue, fees, and the amount paid to your account. The same figures live in the owner portal.
